We help people to deliver on the promise of Agile methodologies. When Jasmine and I met at the Play4Agile conference near Aschaffenburg, we quickly felt that something special connected us. There was something. Something that kept us up at night. Something that in the quiet moments over and over again kept knocking almost inaudibly inside us. I don't mean our love here, which certainly also has a great influence on our collaboration and our struggling for the truth. It was something else that was harder to grasp. In fact, it took us a few years to be able to describe what it is: our missions in life are intersecting in their essence: We compete to make the world of work a bit more human. Scrum is an excellent tool and an excellent attitude for us to combine productivity and humanity.
