Scrum Adventures was founded in 2016 with a mission “To enrich those so they can enrich others.” Scrum Adventures is passionate about our three core principals of Community, Commitment and Training. Scrum Adventures hosts a monthly user group – Scrum and Wine, is involved in community events, entrepreneur involvement and charity work. A blog series is maintained to give back to the Scrum community. Scrum Adventures is committed to those that we work with through our “People–To–People” focus. We encourage teamwork and celebrate individualism. Scrum Adventures takes a Coaching, Assessment and Transformation approach that allows an organization to move along the path of agility while creating Agile behavior for all of those involved in the transformation process.
