We, Peter Borsella & Hubert Smits, the founders of Big Orange Square, are veterans in the agile world. We were there when the software industry started to experiment with the concepts of small teams and iterative delivery of products. We train, we coach, we consult. And we observe a world of agile consultants who do not take responsibility, who are not part of your project. We decided to be different. We define coaching as hands on, as getting our feet wet and our hands dirty.
And we are no longer limiting ourselves to the world of software. Industry, manufacturing, physical products – often is so much more complex to deliver.
