2. Scrum Master Core Competencies: This area focuses on enhancing facilitation skills, including recognizing divergent and convergent thinking, employing effective listening techniques, and making decisions on when the Scrum Master should facilitate or step back. It also covers coaching and training, where Scrum Masters are expected to adopt and apply coaching stances and techniques effectively.
3. Service to the Scrum Team: Here, the focus is on improving self-management within teams, facilitating the creation of a robust Definition of Done, and understanding the implications of development practices in a Scrum environment. The goal is to foster strong, self-managing teams capable of delivering high-value increments.
4. Service to the Product Owner: This section delves into the relationship between product vision and goals, refining product backlogs, and aligning the team’s work with the product objectives.
