1. Lean, Agile, and Scrum

In depth learning of Agile, Scrum and Lean Values and Principles offers you a fuller understanding. Leading to :-

Who Can Attend?

This course is aimed at a range of roles including Scrum Masters, Iteration Managers, Delivery Managers, Project Managers and Agile Coaches

ANYONE can join the course, but to claim the A-CSM certification you require:

• ScrumMaster (CSM) certification through the Scrum Alliance. It is not necessary for your CSM certificate to be current.

AND

• 1 year of work experience specific to the Scrum Master Role (or equivalent) within 5 years. This experience may be gained after attending the course, at which point the full certification may be claimed.
