All CSM courses are taught by Trainers approved by the Scrum Alliance. Taking a CSM course, accepting the license agreement, and passing the CSM test designates you as a Certified ScrumMaster, which indicates that you have been introduced to and understand the basic concepts you need to perform as a ScrumMaster or team member on a Scrum team.

This Certified Scrum Master course is a 2-day intensive introduction to the Scrum framework detailing how Scrum and related agile practices are applied by Scrum teams to rapidly deliver valuable and usable products in frequent, time-boxed iterations.  The course uses a combination of lecture and experiential learning to instill a practical understanding of Scrum focusing on the activities the Scrum Master, Team and Product Owner perform while delivering to their commitments and aspiring to achieve hyper-productivity.

The course covers the core concepts of Scrum teams, collaboration and the Scrum framework including: accountabilities, artifacts, events, and values that are applied to realize product requirements and project delivery; the Scrum Master accountabilities and behavioral characteristics; the Product Owner accountabilities; and a self-managing, cross-functional team as the primary organizational unit through which the product is developed and delivered. The Scrum framework will be applied in a mini-project simulation where the concepts of product backlog, sprint backlog, planning, and execution are practiced in detail assuring participants have a practical understanding of the framework.

课程内容覆盖 Scrum 团队、团队协作和 Scrum 框架的核心概念,包括:职责,工件,事件,以及价值观,应用于实现产品的需求和项目交付; Scrum Master 的职责和行为特征,产品负责人的职责,以及自管理、跨职能团队。Scrum 框架将被用于小型项目的模拟演练,并练习使用产品待办列表、Sprint 待办列表、计划和执行等多种必要的敏捷实践以确保对核心概念和原则的有效理解与掌握。
