Certified ScrumMaster™

All CSM courses are taught by Trainers approved by the Scrum Alliance. Taking a CSM course, accepting the license agreement, and passing the CSM test designates you as a Certified ScrumMaster, which indicates that you have been introduced to and understand the basic concepts you need to perform as a scrum master or team member on a scrum team.

To demonstrate Scrum in action, Scrum itself is used to teach Scrum. As a participant, you are stakeholder and your input added to the Product Backlog with learning goals. This course is suited for everyone who works with Scrum or plans to do so. You will gain solid knowledge on how and why Scrum works, and how to align people to take steps for further improvements.
