Prerequisite It is beneficial to have some knowledge about Scrum and it is expected for you to have read the "Scrum Guide" on ScrumGuides.org prior to the class. Course Material Participants will be given links to the online class materials. Our materials are in English. Our materials are enhanced by slides, videos, pictures and activities that the trainer will find valuable during class. Being a ScrumMaster can look like a trivial challenge, but it demands a lot of skill. Anyone starting the journey to transform an organization and implement Scrum will face many challenges and impediments along their way. ScrumMasters must be skilled and willing to invoke "The Art of the Possible" to take on these challenges. Goal Each individual is trained to be able to assume the following responsibilities:
Training The training is done with several activities. Be prepared to fun interactive role playing. The training will give you the feeling of Scrum itself. The first day is dedicated to the Philosophy and Meaning of Scrum. The second day focuses on the Tools and the How of Scrum.
