Games are great training tools, and they’re not just for trainers. Come learn some great games and exercises that *you* can play with your team(s) and coworkers to help them learn Agile principles and practices and to promote a sense of Team.

Ronica and Rachel will come ready to teach several games. They’ll give a brief sense of the games’ lengths, audiences and goals, and then the group will rank the list of games on-the-spot based on attendees’ interests. They’ll then teach as many as we have time for. They will play each game with you, so you can experience it first-hand, then explain everything you need to know to run the game with others.

Games we might play:

  • The Ball Point Game
  • Constellation Exercise
  • Offing the Offsite Customer
  • Empathy Mapping
  • The Penny Game
  • 99 Balloons
  • Captions
