All CSM courses are taught by Trainers approved by the Scrum Alliance. Taking a CSM course, accepting the license agreement, and passing the CSM test designates you as a Certified ScrumMaster, which indicates that you have been introduced to and understand the basic concepts you need to perform as a ScrumMaster or team member on a Scrum team.

THIS CLASS WILL BE TAUGHT IN ENGLISH WITH SIMULTANEOUS TRANSLATION INTO JAPANESE.

Scrum is the most popular approach for agile software development. This course seamless weaves together three major topic areas:

  1. Overview of Agile Principles and the Scrum Framework
  2. How to write user stories
  3. Agile estimating and planning

Each participant in this course will receive a personal signed copy of the Japanese version of Ken Rubin’s Essential Scrum book.
